Description: South African knifemaker George Muller creates exceptional folders. Recently, he started making interframe framelock flippers and the results have been exceptional.
The hollow ground blade is formed from premium Elmax stainless steel. With a Rockwell hardness of 61, ELMAX provides the extreme edge retention, high strength, and toughness a hard-use knife demands. High wear resistance in a steel usually means low corrosion resistance, but not with ELMAX. With this advanced steel, you get both properties. The blade has nice action and is well centered. It is easily opened using the ambidextrous flipper tab.
The handle is formed from anodized titanium. Each side is inlaid with sections of marbled carbon fiber. The titanium pivot ring is anodized to a darker color. Anodized titanium screws are used throughout. It is easy to keep this folder close by using the anodized titanium pocket clip. The pocket clip is mounted for tip-up, right-handed carry.
