Description: Allen Elishewitz is well known throughout the knife industry for producing high quality custom folders. An ex-recon marine and martial arts expert, it's no surprise Allen has produced many award-winning blades that have been featured in countless magazines. He became a member of the American Knifemakers Guild in 1994, and was the youngest Guild Member at that time. He currently serves on the Board of the Guild as a director.
The Phantom by Allen Elishewitz is a fierce looking everyday carry knife. The blade is made from Chad Nichols' stainless damascus. The front features a dagger grind. The reverse is hollow ground, providing a razor sharp cutting edge. Allen's makers mark medallion is inlaid into the blade.
The blade rotates out on bearings and be easily deployed using the ambidextrous flipper tap, which doubles as a guard when the knife is in its locked position.
Titanium scales are set on textured blue anodized titanium liners. The front "bolster" scale is bead blasted and the back scale is orange peel finished. The scales are secured using custom hardware. Bronze barrel spacers keep the knife light, fast, and durable. The titanium deep carry pocket clip with rotating ceramic retention ball is mounted for right-handed, tip-up carry.
Excellent work throughout!
