Description: This hunter by Raymond Richard has an ageless sense of grace that is rarely found in knives by other makers. The elegant blade shape is nicely complemented by the bulbous ebony handle -- which feels so good that you won't want to put it down.
The blade was forged to shape from L6 and 1084 carbon steels. The bold random pattern quickly grabs attention.
The wrought iron for the fittings were forged from an 1800s era anchor chain. The handle is formed from jet black ebony wood. It has been nicely sculpted to form a perfect, comfortable grip. This is definitely one of those knives you won't want to put down. Accompanied by a two ply, hand stitched cowhide sheath.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
