Description: This stylish drop point hunter shows the influence of knives by Mastersmiths Ed Fowler and Bill Burke.
The dramatically recurved, drop point blade was forged from Aaron's own damascus. The bold damascene lines of the different steels complement the grain of the handle materials perfectly. The bold steel has a captivating pattern, perfectly in harmony with the shape of the blade.
The handle combines variegated rosewood with sambar stag. Stag of this quality has become increasingly rare, and the contrast of the wood and antler is stunning. Alternating nickel and black fiber spacers assist the handle to adjust to temperature and humidity changes. The handle feels so natural in the hand, you’ll have a hard time putting it down. A serious field knife for the avid hunter or collector.
The knife is accompanied by a hand stitched pouch style sheath. The 9-10oz leather has been hand tooled in a basket weave pattern.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
