Description: This Wayne Whittaker folder is immediately captivating. The hollow ground blade along with front and rear bolsters are formed from Robert Eggerling mosaic damascus. The complex steel combines bold patterns with highly complex details -- resulting in a knife that is fascinating from a distance and all-the-more compelling upon closer examination. This unique folding knife has a blade shape inspired by a harpoon tip. The spine has a slight swayback that arches into a dramatic false edge. The blued steel beautifully compliments a faceted ruby gem set in the thumb stud. Mammoth tooth scales, striped in toned of green, are cleverly offset by the blued damascus. Both the titanium liners and damascus backbar have been meticulously fileworked. Excellent work throughout, shown most importantly in the smooth action and a well centered blade.
