Description: This exceptional patch knife is the work of bladesmith Tom Sterling. Tom is best known for as a netsuke artist and his attention to detail has translated well to this piece. The blade was hand forged from 1095 carbon steel. An appleseed grind assures a keen, long lasting edge. The flats have been forge-textured for a frontier, rustic appearance. The handle is formed from and elk antler tip. The knife is accompanied by a frontier style rawhide sheath. Exceptional work throughout!
