Description: Glenn Water's knives tell stories. This patterns throughout this themed knife were inspired by crop circles. The name, Karasu, means crow in Japanese; the knife shows off dark tones with a pointed crow beak.
Timascus (Damascus formed from different titaniums) forms the core of the handles. Gold inlays (24k and 20k green gold). Cushions made from silver and gold were painstakingly soldered then cut, soldered and cut, and so on for 14 times each. The result is well worth the significant amount of work to create these cushions.
The blade is formed from stainless Damascus an is also heavily inlaid with golden rays and orbs. The linerlock is recessed into the inside of the handle, allowing Glenn to create this very slim knife. The ATS-34 stainless steel backbar has been heavily inlaid with gold and heat blued.
Exceptional work throughout with a perfectly centered blade.
