Description: This dramatic Bowie was created by Jay Hendrickson in 1997 and is in mint condition. The clip point blade shows a strong differential heat treat line that will result in exceptional edge retention. The guard has been pierced in a shield pattern. The curly maple scales sit on a full distal tapered tang and features vine and leaf detail work in fine silver inlay each side. The large handle feels extremely comfortable in the hand. The sheath is very sturdy and has a laced leather throat. Excellent fit and finish throughout. A rare find!
