Description: George Cousino is a member of the Knifemakers Guild and has had his work featured in Jim Wyer's Points of Interest. This is a one of a kind skinner. The blade has been mirror polished and hollow ground and has supper clean and crisp grind lines. It has been heat treated to 56-58 Rc. Mr. Cousino's grind, fit and finish is as good as it gets. He is a real perfectionist. Te engraving is by well known engraver, Fred Harrington and has been fully engraved throughout the guard and pommel.
