Description: South African knifemaker Jaco de Kock creates an exceptional folder. This Kazi Front Flipper can easily be the highlight of any collection. The fit & finish as well as choice of materials is exceptional!
The blade is hand ground stainless damascus forged by Damasteel in Sweden. This high performing damascus is created using powder metallurgical steel manufacturing to provide excellent edge retention and unmatched beauty. The pattern is deeply etched and brought to a high polish. The blade is hollow ground for an easy to maintain edge. The perfectly centered blade is easily opened using the ambidextrous front flipper tab. It has silky smooth, drop-shut action thanks to the ball bearing pivot.
Handle scales are entropic finished titanium set on polished titanium liners. They are fit to heat colored zirconium bolsters in an elegant curve. The titanium liners are jewel polished on the interior and surround a polished titanium backbar that is pierced so a lanyard can be added. The contoured handle fills your hand and provides a comfortable grip. The 3D machined titanium pocket clip is mounted for right-side, tip-up carry.
Excellent work throughout!
