Description: Erik Fritz's Small Practical EDC packs a large blow and will be an exceptional asset in a collection, out in the field, or carried daily on your belt.
The 52100 carbon steel blade was triple quenched and triple tempered for grain refinement and optimal edge holding. Many makers and collectors feel that 52100 is among the best steels available for knifemaking. When combined with a triple temper and triple quench, as shown in the works of Mastersmith Bill Burke, the results are exceptional. The blade features a hand rubbed satin finish.
The G10 handle has been nicely rounded for a sure, comfortable grip. Filework on the spine provides sure thumb purchase.
The sturdy Kydex belt sheath is sure to keep this knife at the ready when not on display.
The Small Practical EDC has been a hallmark of Eric Fritz' knifemaking. It is a tremendous knife that is sure to be a daily companion.
Made by hand in the Pacific Northwest!
