Description: John Leitch's paring knife will quickly become a favorite in your kitchen, though its exceptional quality would make it similarly at home used as a desk knife or prized ina collection.
The high performance ATS-34 stainless steel blade was etched with a relief for his maker's mark. The blade was heat treated by Paul Bos to Rc 59 and will have exceptional edge holding, perfect for opening envelopes and boxes or doing any other detail work in the kitchen.
Burgundy Micarta handle scales are secured to the full tang using stainless steel pins. The scales are perfectly fit to polished nickel silver bolsters. The slim handle is lightweight and perfectly balanced.
To keep the knife close at hand a brown leather sheath designed to be carried in the pocket is included.
Nice work throughout!
