Description: Higonokami are the classic folding pocket knives native to Japan. This traditional knife is a friction folder, using the friction of the swivel and the pressure of the user's hand on a protruding tang to prevent the knife from folding during use.
The elegant blade is stainless damascus surrounding a VG-10 'super-steel' core. This steel ensures exceptional edge holding. The blade has smooth, consistent action.
The 316 stainless steel handle features mirror polished bevels with a hand hammered tsuchime finish on the flats. Green stingray skin inlay provide a dramatic, elegant appearance.
An exceptional interpretation of the traditional Japanese Higonokami!
