Description: Swedish knifemaker Greger Forselius has a flair for design. This Persian Upswept Fighter is one heck of a dramatic knife!
The 8-1/2" blade was hand forged by Konstantin Lysenko in Donetsk, Ukraine. Lysenko combined three separate bars of damascus into this exceptional large blade. A stunning central bar is made from mosaic damascus and surrounded by a firecracker pattern at the cutting edge and spine. The result is a captivating blade that will have you staring for hours.
The handle is made from from a large section of dyed and stabilized mammoth molar. The bolster is formed from textured aluminum and moves into a section of damascus.
To keep the knife close at hand, a hand dyed and tooled leather sheath is included.
Excellent work throughout!
