Description: W.D. Pease has one of the most distinctive styles I've encountered. His lines are clean and crisp and the fit and finish of his knives is exceptional. Among Pease's knives, this one stands out. The natural striations in the cape buffalo horn scales mimic the Widmanstatten pattern of the meteorite bolsters. This meteorite pattern is one of the most distinct and sought after patterns throughout the natural world. The thumbstud is a particularly nice cubic zirconium with a clear, reflective quality. It is the backbar that is the essence of this knife. The backbar and liners have been anodized to the same sky blue. There the Reverend has created eight meteors (formed from hammered pins) complete with tails. This piece is designated # W12M41.
