Description: Brian Tighe creates unique, functional and visually appealing knives of the highest quality. His blades are the result of 25 years of experience in metallurgy artistry and tactical expertise. His new Tighe Down model is an exceptionally lightweight, but full size model that carries well in the pocket and feels great in the hand.
The 4 inch harpoon tipped blade is made from stainless damascus forged by Damasteel in Sweden. The high contrast pattern is immensely captivating and will provide a keen, long lasting edge. The blade can be easily deployed using either the ambidextrous flipper tab or the dual thumb studs. The button lock makes one-handed closing a breeze.
The fully integral handle is machined from one solid piece of FatCarbon arctic storm carbon fiber. This dramatic composite material creates a damascene pattern using thin layers of ceramic and carbon fiber. This results in a beautiful chatoyancy that reflects light exceptionally. The integral handle keeps the knife light and fast. The custom pivot is surrounded by a stainless damascus pivot collar. The titanium pocket clip with ceramic retention ball is mounted for right-handed, tip-up carry.
An exceptional knife for daily carry or the collection!
