Description: At first glance, the engraved bolsters of this knife catch the eye. The engraving pattern is a large sunflower with alternating steel and gold petals. The leaves are engraved in the steel while the background is gold. The center of the sunflower is a paua shell cabochon that matches the thumbstud. The Damascus of the blade is a high contrast, mesmerizing twist pattern that is very clear, but very fine. The brownlip pearl has full spectrum flash with a predominance of red and green. The brownlip scales meet the bolster in a slight s-curve, and fit evenly without gaps.
