Description: Mastersmith Josh Smith was the youngest person ever to become a master smith. His attention to detail is only matched by his exceptional sense of design.
The heat blued mosaic damascus on the blade and bolsters show's Josh's skill at its best. The detailed mosaic pattern is exceptionally controlled and precise. The blade is perfectly centered and has silky smooth action. It is easily opened using the thumb stud which holds a faceted amethyst.
Exquisite, premium bark mammoth ivory scales are dovetailed to the damascus bolsters. The ivory itself combines stunning deep blue and green tones with soft caramel accents -- an extremely rare and sought after color combination. Screws throughout are fully fileworked. The 1084 carbon steel backbar has been fileworked and is surrounded by fileworked 15N20 carbon steel liners. The backbar and liners have both been heat blued to a matching golden tone.
Exceptional fit and finish throughout.
