Description: This is an exceptional folder by bladesmith Bob Bizzell. The steel for blade and bolsters was forged by Jim Luman. Jim gave Bob this steel as a thank you for a session that they did on making folding knives. The result of their combined effects is exceptional.
The blade and bolsters are a complex mosaic damascus forged from 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels along with pure nickel. The clip point blade is easily opened using the thumb nick. It has smooth action and is perfectly centered. Exhibition grade snakewood scales are set on fileworked and polished 15N20 carbon steel liners. The damascus backbar has also been hand fileworked. Exceptional fit and finish throughout. Accompanied by certificate from the maker.
