Handle: Carved buffalo horn, fluted with nickel-silver inlay. Glasgow style basket hilt carved from nickel silver.
Sheath: Traditional black leather with nickel silver fittings
Description: Featured on the cover of Knives 2001, thus a one-of-a-kind broadsword is styled after Jacobite weapons, c. 1745. Amazing feel in the hand with great balance. Double blood grooves on each side of blade. Decorative pierce work on the large basket is reminiscent of 18th century makers Walter and John Allen.
