Description: This knives is one of 5 knives judged at the 2001 Blade Show in Atlanta that made Bruce become a journeyman smith. These 5 knives, which are judged on fit and finish as well as artistry are generally the best of a maker's work to date. It is clear why this knife helped Bruce pass. The blade, which is forged from my favorite carbon steel, has been differentially heat treated for even better edge retention.
