Description: Bill Fiorini is one of the folks who made the modern knife industry what it is today. His control over Damascus is spectacular. The detailed Turkish pattern is created from five separate bars of Damascus that are forge welded together into a complex pattern that is both fascinating up close and from a distance. The bolsters are forged from Bill's own mokume gane. Copper, brass, and nickel silver are forged together into a pool and eye pattern. A distal taper to the blade and tang make this piece have a great balance in the hand. The madrona burl handle has great grain structure and is attached to the full tang using six stainless pins.
