Description: Mastersmith Audra Draper did her training under Mastersmith Ed Fowler. This gentleman's sheep horn hunter shows the influence of her teacher. It was created in 1999 and has been meticulously cared for -- it is in new condition.
The heat treatment follows the formulas developed by Ed Fowler and has been proven to create some of the sharpest and most long lasting edges found anywhere. Audra makers very few sheep horn knives and to find one is a pleasure. When wet, sheep horn does not become slippery, and it is amazingly durable. The spacer is created from desert ironwood, and brings warm, red tones to the knife. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
