Description: Benchmade’s Black Class is the perfect option for use by military, first responders, police, and anyone else who wants an unfailing tool that lasts a lifetime. No matter the situation, you can depend on Benchmade Black Class.
The Benchmade Adamas (275GY-1) was designed by Shane Sibert and is a large and durable folder that handles hard jobs with ease. The large handle is comfortable in many different grip styles with jimping on the spine, choil, and rear of the handle. G-10 scales sit on top of full stainless steel liners for strength and resilience against heat, cold, humidity and moisture. The deep carry pocket clip has a black oxide finish and is mounted for right side, tip-up carry but can also be switched to accommodate left side, tip-up carry as well. If you prefer to carry the knife outside of the pocket, the Adamas also comes with a ballistic nylon holster that fits on a belt or an included Malice Clip strap converts the holster to be MOLLE compatible. The AXIS lock is fully ambidextrous and provides secure lockup.
The blade is CPM-CruWear semi-stainless steel, hardened to 63-65 HRC. A black Cerakote finish helps shield the blade from corrosion and staining. CPM-CruWear is an American made steel by Crucible Industries and is well known for its amazing combination of toughness and wear resistance, making this the perfect choice on knives meant for hard use. The powder metallurgy process refines the grain structure and gives the blade maximum resistance to chipping while also holding a razor sharp edge. The drop point, saber ground blade is stout and strong.
Like all Benchmade knives, the Adamas comes with a lifetime warranty and LifeSharp service, free of charge. Simply pay the shipping to Benchmade and they will repair, adjust and sharpen the knife and return it to you.
