Description: carlMichael crafted his first knife at 15 years old. His 30 years of artistry are reflected in this exceptional Nordic Puukko. Bright green and brown tones combine with ancient mammoth ivory and damascus for a unique, dramatic Swedish hunting knife.
This 4.4 inch blade is made from damascus forged by Marcus Brink. The bold random pattern is shown nicely across the slender blade
The stacked handle combines crosscut stabilized and dyed spalted oak with ancient mammoth ivory. The mammoth ivory clearly shows the beautiful figure inherent to the ancient tusk. The carved, contoured handle provides a sure, comfortable grip.
The knife fits securely into a matching sheath. The wood and ivory sheath is matched to a leather upper. The knife can be comfortably hung from a belt using the leather belt loop.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
