Description: Andre van Heerden has once again designed and created a stunning folding knife! This one-of-a-kind folder is sure to feel at home in any collection, but could also be a perfect daily carry knife.
The drop point blade is formed from N690 stainless steel, a super-steel created by Bohler in Austria. It takes an incredibly sharp edge and holds on to it. Increased toughness gives it better resistance to edge chipping. The blade is hollow ground for an easy to maintain edge. By hand satin finishing the grinds and mirror polishing the flats, Andre accentuates the unique, crisp grind lines.
The bolsters are formed from mosaic damascus forged by Doug Ponzio. Tiny images of spiders alternate with webs. The amount of detail in the steel is amazing!
The damascus bolsters meet perfectly to carbon fiber scales. Both are set on anodized titanium liners, keeping the knife light, yet extremely strong. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
