Description: South African knifemaker George Muller creates an exceptional knife at a remarkably low price. The hollow ground blade is formed from stainless Damasteel Damascus. The spine has been fileworked in a broad vine pattern. The blade is well centered and has smooth action. Damascus backbar.
Fossil mammoth ivory scales incorporate blue/grey and caramel tones. These are surrounded by front and rear bolsters formed from Gibeon Meteorite that landed in Great Namaqualand, Namibia, Africa. It radio carbon dates to over 4 billion years ago. The Gibeon fragments are spread over one of the largest strewn fields in the world, measuring 70 miles wide by 230 miles long and have a distinctive pattern known as the Widmanstatten pattern, which is one of the richest and most distinct patterns found in meteorites.
