Description: This utility knife was made by John Davis back in 1999. It has been in a private collection and has been meticulously card for. By all appearances, John could have made it yesterday.
The clip point blade was formed from ATS-34 stainless steel and features a hollow ground edge. Mokume gane bolsters were forged from brass, copper and nickel. They were meticulously dovetailed to presentation grade Arizona desert ironwood scales. Mosaic pins combine copper and stainless steel. The handle is completed with a stainless lanyard tube.
The knife is accompanied by a hand stitched leather sheath by Kraig Bergum.
Exceptional work throughout.
