Description: When a maker tests to become a journeyman, he must make five knives that are judged on fit, finish and design. These 5 knives are generally the best of a maker's work to date. This is one of the five knives that helped Mike become a journeyman June 2001. The fit and finish is excellent. Plus, 52100 is my favorite steel for edge retention! Very nice blade shape.
