Description: The William Henry Spear Point Folder with wooly mammoth bark is an exceptional knife. It was originally made as an exclusive for AG Russell and is currently offered in ATS-34 rather than 154-CM. This folder has been in a single private collection. It was never carried, sharpened or used to cut.
The blade as heat treated to 59-61 Rc for exceptional edge holding. It is easily opened using the knurled thumb stud. Titanium bolsters sit on gold anodized titanium liners, keeping the knife light and fast. Fossil mammoth ivory scales are precision fit to the arched bolsters. The knife is finished off with a leather lanyard adorned with mammoth ivory beads. Due to the limited availability of mammoth ivory, William Henry only makes 150 mammoth ivory knives per year. Excellent fit and finish throughout. Accompanied with original paperwork and box (both in excellent condition).
