Description: Sean O'Hare is a knifemaker from Grand Manan, Canada. He has been making handmade knives since 2001 and moved to full time knifemaking in 2009. He strives to make each of his handmade knives with a clean well thought out design that is both great looking and very functional.
This Mini Rambler will be a stellar EDC though it would feel at home in any collection! The blade is made from Carpenter's high performance CTS-XHP stainless steel. This US made steel is a new air hardening, high carbon, high chromium, corrosion resistant alloy. This steel will have exceptional edge holding! The blade is meticulously hand satin finished. It is easy to deploy using the ambidextrous flipper and has smooth action thanks to the caged bearing system.
The handle combines stabilized curly koa (Acacia koa) scales with marble carbon fiber bolsters. Blue anodized titanium liners keep the knife light, but strong. The liners surround a marble carbon fiber backbar. Screws and hardware are blue anodized titanium. The 3D machined titanium pocket clip is mounted for right-handed, tip-up carry.
Excellent work throughout!
