Description: As an avid hunter, Randy knows how a good hunting knife should perform. He loves to "field-test" his designs and feels that a quality knife should not only look great, but perform well as a tool. The knife should be extremely comfortable to hold and perform at a level that is extremely hard to find elsewhere. This knife is no exception.
The CPM154 stainless steel blade will hold a great edge, yet be easy to re-sharpen, due to the hollow grind. Hardened to 59-60 Rc, Randy ensured that the blade will keep its edge through the most difficult tasks.
The handle is formed from bone stag. Alternating red fiber and nickel silver spacers assist the handle to adjust to temperature and humidity changes. Larger spacers are formed from ancient oosic surrounding fire amber. Front and rear nickel silver fittings bring the weight back into the handle for a comfortable grip.
The knife is accompanied by a hand stitched brown leather sheath by Sonja Lee.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
