Dan Bidinger was born and raised in Alaska. In 2005, he left the US to work overseas – first as a volunteer in Albania and then in Dubai.
From a young age, he loved knives and making things with his hands. In 2012, while at a hunting expo in Abu Dhabi, he saw custom knives for the first time. Seeing the exceptional work and talking with the knifemakers at the show, Bidinger was inspired to learn more. He completed his first knife in 2015 and his passion has never stopped growing. Bidinger currently lives in Sequim, WA.
