Customer Update 6/20/20:

Effective 6/22/20, we'll be open for new hours. You can visit us at 107 Central Way in Kirkland, WA from 11am - 7pm Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Feel free to stop by for sharpening or to take a look at products. Please help us stay safe with some simple guidelines:

  • If you feel sick, please stay home. We can ship to you!
  • Please limit your visit to 20 minutes or less to limit contact
  • Please stay 6 feet apart while in the store
  • Please wear a facemask at all times in the store
  • Only four customers are allowed in the store at a time. Please only send in one person from your party.
  • Wash hands before touching products. We'll be happy to let you into our building restroom.
To help minimize contact, we continue to offer curbside pickup and dropoff as well as shipping. We're really excited that things are beginning to more closely resemble normal!

We are open for limited hours!
We've missed seeing you! We're excited that our storefront can now be open again. Feel free to stop by for sharpening or to take a look at products. Please help us stay safe with some simple guidelines:

If you would prefer to limit contact, please pull into the load/unload zone in front of our store and phone us at 425-889-5980. We'll be happy to bring out your order as well as collect and return your sharpening,

Shipping
All shipments are going out smoothly and on time. Even if you're local, if you would prefer to limit contact, we're happy to help coordinate shipping your sharpening and orders to you.

 

Customer Update 4/4/20:

We continue to pack and ship website orders during this crisis!
So far, we have had no delays in shipping and hope to keep it that way. We are currently shipping Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. We tremendously appreciate that FedEx and USPS continue to deliver and pickup (thank your delivery driver!) :)

Our brick and mortar storefront will continue to be closed by order of the WA State Governor until at least May 5th.

If you have sharpening to pick up, please phone us at 425-889-5980 and we'll be happy to help organize having it shipped to you.

Customer Update 3/24/2020:

We continue to pack and ship website orders during this crisis. While we do not anticipate any delays, we appreciate your understanding if your order is delayed by a day or two.

Our brick and mortar store is open for short visits through Wednesday 3/25/2020. In an effort to protect our staff and customers from infection during this time, we ask that your visit lasts no longer than five minutes and that we have no more than two guests in the store at any time. Please be sure to keep greater than 6 feet between all people in the store.

If you would like to get back completed sharpening during the “stay at home” order, please phone our office at 425-889-5980 and we can assist with returning your knives by post.

While the information we have changes daily (if not hourly!), we want you to know the plans we have in place. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our customers, employees, their families, as well as the communities in which we all live and work.
