Description: Journeyman Smith Mardi Meshejian is one of the true innovators of artful knife designs. This knife is both creative and captivating with a playful blade that is both useful and enjoyable.
Mardi drew his inspiration for this knife from European straight razors. He forged the blade to shape from 1095 and 15N20 carbon steels. The bold, undulating pattern is nicely visible from a distance.
The handle combines a damascus bolster with presentation grade green bark mammoth ivory scales. The bolsters are dovetailed to the mammoth ivory for a perfect fit. Ivory with this depth of color is particularly rare and desirable. The scales are set on bright green anodized titanium liners which in turn surround a damascus backbar. The handle is completed with a matching titanium pocket clip. The well centered blade has smooth action and locks open with a liner lock.
Excellent work throughout.
