Description: Mastersmith Jerome Anders follows in the footsteps of his father, Mastersmith David Anders. Though David is a tough act to be compared with, Jerome has proven himself to be up to the challenge.
This integral utility knife was forged from 1084 carbon steel. The blade, tang and bolster were all forged from a single piece of steel. The blade was forged to shape and distal tapered for optimal balance. A differentially heat treatment results in a softer, supportive spine, with a super-hard, long lasting, razor sharp edge. Maple scales have been nicely fit to the distal tapered tang. Accompanied by pouch style leather sheath. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
