Description: Bruce Bingenheimer makes an exceptional hunting knife - hard-working and good-looking!
The blade was forged to shape from his own mosaic damascus. Tiled Ws pattern damascus was forged to shape for a bold, yet intricate pattern. By using carbon steels, Bruce ensures great edge holding. A distal tapered blade ensures exceptional balance. The mesquite burl handle was stabilized so as to hold up well to outdoor use. The wood has a dramatic, swirling grain pattern that nicely complements the steel patterns formed by the complex damascus. The nickel silver guard and pin complete the handle nicely. The handle has been carved for a very comfortable grip -- this is a knife you won't want to put down. Accompanied by hand stitched and textured pouch style leather sheath. Exceptional work throughout!
