The Persian Wheat Vest Dirk is an elegant knife inspired by the San Francisco knives of the 1980s. The ladder pattern blade is forged to shape from 15N20 and 1084 carbon steels. Sterling silver fittings include a habaki (blade guard), oval guard, and ferrule. The handle is highly carved into stylized Persian Wheat.
