Description: This Wayne Whittaker folding boot knife is immediately captivating. The hollow ground blade and bolsters are formed from Robert Eggerling mosaic damascus. The complex steel combines bold patterns with highly complex details -- resulting in a knife that is fascinating from a distance and all-the-more compelling upon closer examination. The spine is hand fileworked. The blued steel beautifully compliments a faceted ruby gem set in the thumb stud. Gold lip mother of pearl scales are set on hand fileworked, titanium liners. The backbar is fileworked, textured and inlaid with two sections of mother of pearl. Excellent work throughout.
