Description: Knife cases by The Blade Case are made by hand in Seattle, WA. Each case is constructed only with raw materials which have been made in the USA. Extra-heavy bonded nylon thread results in strength and longevity. All closures are made by YKK Zipper Co, the leader in closure technology. Zippers are self-repairing. Not all Cordura is alike. The Cordura used on these cases is 1000 denier DuPont Cordura. This strong fabric has excellent color and body. It repels water and does not absorb water vapor. The lining material is a synthetic shearling made by Polartec, providing both padding and insulation. No foam or other moisture-retaining materials are used. Different thicknesses of padding are used so that the case will perfectly hold your knife safely, securely, and with no or little movement.
