Ed forged the damascus barrel in a tight twist pattern from 1080 carbon steel and pure nickel. The exquisite pattern of the damascus lends the effect of the weft of bias-cut fabric. When not in use, the pen fits safely in its own pouch. Exceptional work throughout!
