Description: Mastersmith Ed Caffrey created the EBK as a neck knife that could be carried every day. The compact size and light weight makes it convenient, while the blade is large enough to get most any job done well. This presentation EBK is exceptional -- from high contrast mosaic damascus blade to the carved and textured whitelip mother of pearl handle.
The complex mosaic damascus blade was forged by Ed from 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels. The resulting blade will have excellent edge holding and immediately grabs attention. The spine has been rounded for comfort. A distal taper makes for optimal balance. The carved and textured mother of pearl handle slabs result in a sure, comfortable grip. Accompanied by a Kydex sheath. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
