Description: Mastersmith David Anders is perhaps best known for his high end Bowies. When he puts his hand to a working knife, the result is equally exciting.
This drop point utility is an exceptional daily carry or hunting knife. David began by hand forging the blade from 5160 carbon steel. A differentially heat treatment results in a softer, supportive spine, with a super-hard, long lasting, razor sharp edge. The blade has been hand satin finished. The exhibition grade desert ironwood scales have a complex, swirling grain structure and warm tones. The handle is finished off with a lanyard hole. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
