Description: Gary House is best known for his outstanding Damascus. His steel, which is frequently used by other high end makers on their knives, is dramatic -- showing tremendous interest in the details when viewed close at hand and having bolder patterns that draw attention from a distance. By heat bluing the dagger ground blade, Gary is able to bring out multiple blue/purple tones with bright silver lines. The handle is formed from exhibition grade blue/green toned fossil mammoth ivory set with stainless pins. The thick ivory slabs result in a comfortable hand-hold. Exceptional work throughout!
