Description: Mardi, who became an American Bladesmith Society journeyman smith June 2002, is one of the true innovators of knife designs. His work is both creative and captivating.
The blade is forged from timing chain along with carbon steel for a bold, dramatic pattern. The well centered blade has smooth action and is easily opened using the antique pocket watch winder thumb stud. The scales are carved ebony and perfectly meet up with the textured, antiqued copper bolsters. Differentially anodized titanium liners and a copper backbar make up the framework. Excellent work throughout.
