Description: Cliff creates knives that push the limits of what is possible. The action is silky smooth and blade perfectly centered. Here, he has created a folder that is among the sleekest profiled liner lock folders that I have ever had the pleasure to hold. Due to the complexity of the mechanism, liner locks tend to be fairly thick. Cliff has spent considerable time over the past several years testing and experimenting his designs to create a knife that is sturdy, but as low profile as possible.
Dramatic, clear Damascus is only matched by the quality of the sculpted white lip mother of pearl scales. The Damascus is a pattern that Cliff calls Pearls and Radials. Detailed oysters are shown across a radialed background. Each of the oysters sits open, revealing a pearl hidden within. Along with the radial patterns, occasional 'CP' (for Cliff Parker) patterns are hidden in the background. The mother of pearl scales are exhibition grade, with a spectacular full spectrum flash and detailed figure. Texturing and sculpting only adds to the effect. The liners and screws have been fully fileworked. A matching Damascus backbar adds elegance, surrounded by the detail vine fileworked and anodized titanium liners. Mother of pearl thumb stud. Exceptional work throughout.
