Description: This masterful Bowie is the work of Mastersmith Ed Caffrey. The sleek, long blade (11 inches!) is forged from sections of Ed's Damascus pieced together to form a quarry of "Damascus fossils". Detailed sections of Damascus are displayed across a darker backdrop. The ferrule has been blued and textured, nicely complimenting the blued mild steel guard. The African blackwood handle has been carved and textured into a pattern that has become a hallmark of Ed's work. It is nicely finished off with a textured and blued pommel. Exceptional work throughout.
