Description: Collectors of Anders' work know that he has some of the tightest tolerances of any maker, anywhere. Anders excels in combining exhibition grade woods with satin finished steel, creating a fusion of Japanese and Nordic styles. By casting his guard, he is able to create fittings that integrate into this fighter, creating a true masterwork. The guard is textured and antiqued. The amboyna burl handle has a tremendous, swirling grain pattern with a nice mix of lights and darks. The tones are warm and compliment the blackened guard. Exceptional work throughout.
