Description: It is exciting when jewelers become involved in knifemaking. They bring an attention to detail rarely found in other knives. Stig has worked with Johan Gustafsson making collaborative works for some time and was inspired to make some sole authorship pieces.
The double blades, liners and backbar of this miniature folder are created from anodized titanium. One blade is a clip point, the other a sheepsfoot. 18k gold scales are textured. Gold pins are used throughout. An 18k gold bail will allow this miniature to be worn as a neck knife or simply displayed. The folder is fully functional with a slip joint design and the blades are easily opened using the thumb nicks. The action is excellent and the blades perfectly centered.
