Description: Bob Lay's designs are well thought out and show an amazing degree of craftsmanship. The combination of the dyed buckeye burl with black buffalo horn makes a very dramatic appearance. The stainless steel guard and butt cap create a perfect balance in the hand. The spine is lightly file worked, creating a perfect thumb rest. It is rare to find Bob's Damascus knives and here, the heat blued blade is spectacular. Bob creates a knife with grind lines that are very dramatic.
